🛶 Adventure Safety & Instructions

Welcome to Cherupuzha River Rafting! Before you begin your thrilling ride, please read and follow these important instructions to ensure your safety and fun.

• ✓ Arrive at least 30–45 minutes before your scheduled rafting time to allow for check-in, gear fitting, safety briefing, and instructions. Late arrivals may miss the trip and no refund will be issued.
• ✓ Wear quick-dry clothes (synthetic fabrics like nylon or polyester). Avoid cotton.
• ✓ Leave jewelry, electronics, and other valuables in a safe place or with our staff.
• ✓ Not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, back or neck problems, recent surgeries, or during pregnancy.
• ✓ Participants must be between the ages of 10 and 60 years. Rafting is a physically demanding activity.
• ✓ Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during the rafting trip. It impairs judgment and puts the entire group at risk.
• ✓ Operators reserve the right to deny participation if intoxication is suspected. No refund will be issued in such cases.
• ✓ Always wear a life jacket (PFD) and helmet provided by the operators.
• ✓ Persons with heart problems, asthma, epilepsy, or other serious medical conditions are not allowed to participate.
• ✓ Maximum raft capacity is 7 people.
• ✓ Groups with fewer than 6 people may be combined with other customers.
• ✓ Groups with more than 7 people will be split into multiple rafts.
